1.5 How I Use AI (Artificial Intelligence) Tools

I use AI tools as a creative partner throughout almost everything you read in this guide. AI helps me transform decades of spiritual exploration and rough drafts into clear, readable articles by cleaning up my language, organizing my ideas, and expanding on concepts I want to explore more deeply.

My process varies—sometimes I start with old articles, other times with messy notes or voice-to-text rambles. I work with AI to shape these into outlines and full drafts that actually say what I mean, then revise, rearrange, and edit until the final piece reflects my own views, experience, and voice as closely as possible.

I also use AI for research, summarizing material I find online, and providing definitions or explanations within longer pieces, especially when exploring unfamiliar ideas from different perspectives. When AI introduces new information, I decide how much to trust it, whether to fact-check it, and how prominently to feature it.

Because AI is involved in so many stages—brainstorming, outlining, drafting, revising, and research—I treat every page on this site as having been touched by AI in some way and openly say so. I have personally reviewed the content for internal consistency and alignment with my experience, but like everything in life, it should be independently verified, cross-checked with other sources, and tested against what you already know to be true.

This guide quite literally would not exist without AI tools. For years I tried writing about these ideas on my own and ended up with half-finished drafts scattered across my computer and several abandoned websites on this same theme. Organizing big, complex ideas into something another person can actually follow has never been my strength. It wasn’t until I learned how to work with AI—using it to structure my thoughts, clarify my language, and patiently iterate on drafts—that I was finally able to turn my long-held ideas into the guide you’re reading now.
